"Perfect place to stay and go see the Tampa Rays baseball games. Lots of food and drinking establishments between the property and the stadium. If you’re looking for long term stays I highly recommend the in room amenities like a washer and dryer were big enough to do family laundry. The fridge size was impressive too if you want to make your own meals. "

"Great location. Room was slightly dirty (tub, sink). Parking was supposed to be free but I ended up paying $22 anyways. We were in room 207 and the bathroom made a squeaking noise all night long that was never fixed, making it hard to sleep. "

"We came to town for the baseball game and were able to easily walk to Tropicana Stadium. The hotel is older but was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. Nice perk to have an evening social hour and breakfast included. We would stay there again. "

"This was such a neat hotel. We loved the Tap Room at the sister hotel. The food was amazing there. We didn't get to try anything from the bakery, but it all looked wonderful. The pool area and outside bar had a great feel to it too! I would highly recommend the Avalon or the Hollander for anyone visiting St. Pete's."
