"After reading the older reviews and not seeing many more current ones, I was a bit nervous about this one, but I’m glad I gave it a try and I’d love to stay again. This townhouse is one of the closest units of its kind to the hot tub/pool/restaurants/beach. Our kids enjoyed the beach and shell searching while we watched them from the restaurant. All the bedrooms had smart TVs. Living room didn’t have a smart tv, but did have cable. The temp control was very comfortable, but was a bit warmer in the master which lacked a ceiling fan (but fans in the others). The front load washing machine/dryer seemed brand new, which was nice. The dishwasher needs an upgrade. I loved all the balconies, and watching the boats come and go. It could also use a helpful map print out somewhere to display the facilities/dumpsters. I wanted to give a detailed review for anyone contemplating. Bottom line: I really loved it here!"

"Carmen was extremely responsive and her emails very helpful. One of the things I am most grateful for, is that since we were driving up in the morning from South Florida (about 5 hrs) to go to a 11:30 AM wedding on the beach, Carmen generously allowed us to check into our room earlier than the standard 4 PM, so we didn’t have to freshen-up in a Walmart bathroom before the wedding. So, we were extremely grateful for the early check-in. The room was neat and clean, and adequately supplied for our 3 night stay. We saw the dolphin and manatees from the balcony and parking lot. We did not really explore the area of Ruskin so I cannot comment. Thank you, Carmen! Oh, one more thing: Somehow, I forgot to bring our coffee — so we were very grateful that Carmen had supplied a package of coffee for us to use that first morning. Then we were easily able to go to Publix and Walmart and get coffee. Thank you, for the coffee, Carmen!"

"Had a good time here, there is easy ocean/beach access, a nice balcony, and a harbor right outside the door. It's located in a very nice, kept up gated community with quite a few amenities. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"The area was lovely and the small private beach was perfect for our family. The two restaurants on property were excellent! The room was clean and had what we needed for our quick stay. The bath/shower set up is not ideal for people with small children who are unable to bathe themselves and there is a light outside the door that automatically turns on in the evening and is incredibly bright. The curtains are white and tan and do not block out the light at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the value was good, but the two things mentioned above were disappointing. I also reached out to the property owner three times with no response. I tried the app as well as the contact number provided at check-in. Communication should be improved."
