Nice enough place, but the location didn't really support the pricing of this location, plus the bums asking for money etc. Outside the establishments main doors. With that comes with the three guys heckling our beautiful wives, just because we were not with them. Then the walls are thin enough you can hear the lady next door getting railed by her man. Real Classy! Thanks for nothing.

This place is extremely outdated, which is disappointing for the area it’s in and the price we paid for our stay. I also paid an additional $80 for “Breakfast for Two”- which was just a voucher for the grab and go items from the cafe downstairs. One of the elevators was broken and the one that did work smelled like pee. It is in dire need of a refresh and upgrade, for a name like Westshore Grand it definitely was GRAND. While the location of this hotel is convenient I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

My family stayed for a couple of nights to go to the hockey game. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The pool was nice, as well.
