The registration process was intense, but I understood it after seeing the property. So secure, so clean, so perfect for our holiday with our family! They communicated thoroughly and responded to our one request quickly. The amenities were amazing and I loved all the hangars! Thankful for the garage that was included with this unit. Have stayed here multiple times as my son attends UT….always clean with friendly helpful staff.. the restaurant is convenient for a quick bite or a cocktail… the hotel is right by the river walk, which is nice to take a long walk or jog… walking distance to the campus and complimentary shuttles offered as well…

This is a very unique hotel in the middle of the Hyde Park area of Tampa. In our three days there we felt that the guests at the hotel, local restaurants and shops we went to were younger, business people both local and from all over, in a good way. Everything is on the second floor but that is no problem for their 36 rooms. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and they knew, and liked, the neighborhood. The hotel feels like a welcoming private club, with a late bar.
We had a handicap accessible room with a questionable shower seat that I fixed to my liking. That needs a second look. We definitely plan to return as the hotel offers access to both Tampa and St Petersburg, and I liked the room.
