The only other option offered was to switch rooms after 4pm the night before our check-out which is unacceptable, inconvenient and would not resolve the disruption to our stay. We made multiple attempts—two in person, four via telephone, and twice by email—to escalate this matter and requested to speak with a supervisor, but unfortunately, no one has returned our calls or followed up with us.
