Great for the short stay. Room was nice and clean and actually the perfect temperature. I usually have an issue with the units being too cold or giving me a cold. Nice convenient location. Comfortable beds. All great for the price. Breakfast was a bonus again for the price.

This is an excellent place to stay, conveniently located near downtown and the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I give it a solid 10/10!

The room was clean and easy to get to. The breakfast was good, but needed more variety. We stayed 5 days and the waffles, bagels and cereal were good. But the cream cheese, milk, eggs and sausage were not properly cooled or heated. There was mold on the toilet rim and bath tub that needed some attention. The staff was awesome. The pool was clean.

Phil was at the front desk, and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very nice. We were disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not hot, even though they were in the appropriate containers. That was the main part of the breakfast.

Very nice stay. Great location - convenient to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast is always a great plus! Just keep in mind that the hotel is pet-friendly, so that the rooms are very strongly deodorized and sanitized. The smell was overwhelming to one who has allergies and a long condition. I didn’t know. I will keep this in mind in the future. Otherwise a great stay!

I enjoyed the staycation very much!!! The housekeeping was amazing and cleaned my room every single day, clean towels, made the bed took out the trash. The staff was very helpful and polite especially Jeff at the front desk. I even enjoyed the pool area that was also clean and reserved for people who have little kids , family members and they do not allow horse play no so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

For the time that I spent there, it was a pleasant experience. From the time I checked in to the time I left everyone was helpful because it was my first time in Clearwater and its been a long time since I was in an hotel (I usually do air bnb). I must say it was pleasant and I would do it again. The front desk was more than friendly, they were able to expound on going thru website like expedia, which was very helpful to me. Breakfast was laid out nice and neat and the server kept up with the neatness no matter how I messed things up. 5 stars for everything, I didnt swim but wanted too, didnt have time.

Hi! I had a great stay overall. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made every guest feel appreciated. There’s plenty of free parking around the building, but it’s first come, first served. When I checked in on Saturday, only about 20% of the parking spots were taken. By Sunday morning, it looked closer to 85% full. My room was cozy and clean. I especially want to mention that the toilet, bathtub, and bed linens were exceptionally clean!!!!! That really stood out to me! I only have a couple of small maintenance suggestions. Some of the caulking looks like it was applied over areas with mildew, or maybe mildew is starting to form underneath. The area around the bathtub faucet could also use a little more silicone to seal it properly. It might also be helpful to make defrosting the refrigerators part of a weekly maintenance project. The freezer in my room had such a thick layer of ice that I wasn't really able to use it. Other than that, everything was great. I really mean it - the location, price, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent. Most importantly, the room was clean and completely pest-free. I definitely recommend this place

I booked this room for my parents who are in their 60's and live off the quitest road you can think of in SC. So finding the perfect hotel means everything! My parents were SO happy with everything. Not one complaint! They said they would be back soon just because their stay was good and the hotel is pet friendly. Super quiet, clean, great breakfast. 10/10

Where is construction going on right now at the hotel in different rooms, and I was not told that on check-in, and I work nights and sleep during the day and construction started at 8 AM and I was unable to sleep with no notification of any construction going on when I checked in
