Clean room, near everything for food or convenience stores. Shuttle to the airport and mall was a huge plus for our trip. Even the coordination of transportation for nearby concert (at a price) was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 4nights room never got cleaned. Our last night there they skipped our room and we had to locate the cleaning folks for fresh towels and to dump our trash. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and they automatically add 18% gratuity on your bill. If you want water in the room I suggest you purchase it b4 you arrive or you’ll be paying $6 for one bottle. Over all the location was great free shuttle service to the airport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. George checked me in. Jonathan gave me a lift to PF Changs. I had a discrepancy on my account. I was charged for parking when I did not have a car. I called, I forgot the young lady I spoke to, but she was extremely helpful in getting me that refund. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious room and excellent bathroom. Had an authentic Indian dinner at the bar which was a pleasant surprise, Shuttle service to the airport was on time and the driver very helpful. Definitely staying there again on next visit to Tampa.
