"we stayed in birch and the place is very clean and cosy. the owners were very kind enough to provide coffee/tea and fresh milk available in the caravan as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and liquid. they also provided towels and even a bath mat (which is very rare in caravans). the cooking equipment is complete and even include a variety of glasswares for drinking alcohol and not just the usual drinking glasses and wine glass. the place is very quiet and the hot tub jets was a lovely...

"Second time we have used this property and a great one it is! Always clean and tidy, in a great location as a nice walk into town. Only one downside and it’s happened both times we have stayed is the downstairs showers floods the bathroom, it’s been an easy fix as it caused by blocked drains outside so only suggestion from us it when cleaning the property just check the outside drains as the husband has managed to clean it both times"

"Great location, very quiet with a pleasant stroll along the beach to the centre of Swanage. Very well equipped with high quality furnishings and plenty of room for us all. Lovely scenic view from the lounge. Would be happy to return in the future."

"Arrived just after check in time (4 o’clock) parked in marked parking bay, got key to flat, set up camp and started to enjoy the holiday. Very convenient for beach and town. Didn’t need to use the car all the week of our stay. Fully appointed kitchen and flat in general (unfortunately didn’t find hair dryer till last day but hey). "Sparrow Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage with two outside spaces for our dog. Priests Way Walk is just up the road where the walks are fantastic. Location to main town is superb too. We had no problem with the steep stairs as there was plenty of lighting. Would definitely recommend Sparrow Cottage"
