"The cottage is comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. It is well-situated for the New Forest and the seaside. It was a perfect for a group of friends for a long weekend stay, including a visit to Bournemouth and cycling. Jane was very helpful and responsive. Spacious kitchen with lots of pans and equipment for a roast dinner. Enclosed garden. There are shops supermarkets nearby. Very pleased with the choice, i would highly recommend this property."

"Excellent property, great location. Perfect for family of 4 with beautiful beaches nearby. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property. Perhaps consider a key safe?"

"We had a lovely few days in the cottage, which was bigger than expected. The downstairs was spacious, living room comfortable and there was plenty of games, dvds and books. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed cooking on the Aga (surprisingly easy!) though there is a separate hob and combi oven/microwave too. The Aga made the cottage really toasty, to the extent we had to turn the heating right down. Apparently in the summer it can be set to low so it isn’t too...

"Excellent property which was spotless, warm and cosy. A brill time was had by all 8 adults. We went to the black dog in Broadmayne New Year’s Eve. Everything we could wish for. Didn’t want to come home but all good things come to an end. Would recommend and definitely visit again."

"A lovely feeling as soon as you walk in the door. A very welcoming, comfortable and pristine house. Great, secure garden and a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Burley village where you’ll find a lovely village store, pubs, gift shops and cafes. Great for forest walks. Our Springer had a permanent grin on during our stay!"

"Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!"
