"Only issue was lack of AC…didn’t affect us but summer time could be a problem. Room clean, breakfast great, staff were lovely. Can walk from train station which is a bonus."

"Ok. Raised voices in foyer ar arrival. Receptionist who checked me in was really nice and effective in processing my arrival. TV a bit small and basic and no function for casting. Breakfast bar ran out of usual granola and not replaced. Nothing really wrong, just not the relaxing enjoyable experience I usually get at the same hotel. "

"Had arranged for the hotel to have a taxi for us in the morning. Was waiting for taxi 1/2 hour past the time pickup was arranged. Spoke to taxi service and found out no reservation was made for us. Hotel dropped the ball big time. Not happy at all."

"Parking was easy, put ur car reg in when u check in. One strip of spaces outside hotel. If not have to park in main services car park. Hotel itself was eery. Didnt see a single other customer, I think it must be very small hotel! TVs dont have very good signal. Reception blamed it in the storm, but also said "people complain about it all the time" room was clean and good temperature. Towels were clean and bathroom is good standard."
