I asked for help using the tv and the person at the desk said he didn’t know anything about operating the tv. I asked another question a different evening ( can’t remember what it was now) but he responded the same way- he didn’t know about that’s. They seemed like basic things an employee should be able to help with. "

"2nd time we have stayed here great location for either a 5 minute bus or pod ride from the terminal. Bar and restaurant is great to have a good meal and drink whilst watching planes. Great place to stay "
