"It was my husband’s bday during our stay but we never mentioned it so must be that they saw the date and they sent up a warm handwritten bday note with English Tea. Class act, very kind. Joshua in the breakfast restaurant was awesome , assisting guests who needed help- no one had to even ask, he saw they were struggling or looking for something. Also saw another employee in the breakfast area assisting a handicapped woman."

I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "
