"Unfortunately when we arrived the host had doubled booked, they refunded as within the hour but I was left with 3 kids having to find somewhere which cost me more money, Ubers had to eat out etc which is all cost I wasn’t prepared for and had left me with no money. The host blamed travel nest but travel nest said it’s the host who controls booking and was her error. I contacted them more than once to confirm the booking was secure.
