The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "Ololade is a thoughtful host with a lovely property local to the Co-Op Live, in which my group went to see Drake recently (15 min walk). The apartment slept four and was well situated with good value; smelt good and was tidy. The check in is convenient and prompt, and I would highly recommend choosing this property if you are visiting Manchester for an event with a group of people. "

"Helpful communication and access information prior to stay. Great location ideal for event at the Co-op arena only a 10-15 min walk. Had all the amenities, beds comfy however needs updating as some furniture wobbly and doors to cupboards falling off. Is a busy road so was woken by roadworks, the restaurant 2 doors down was playing loud music until late, this didn’t bother us however as we were up chatting anyway.
