"Receptionist refused to hand over key cards to my 2 daughters even after i checked in online. Made the stay negative from the 1st minute they stepped into the hotel. When they say they treat everyone as an adult over the age of 15 is a lie. A 17 and 19 year old was not allowed to check in until I sent my photo ID in an email. Follow up messages to my daughters were about quality of sleep. Very poor due to substandard pillows."

When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."
