"Misleading hotel booking We were sent to another place a km away instead of in the main building. The main building looks royal in the photos. This one was a bland building with a terrible approach road, made of apartments, where we had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs. There was no one to be seen from the hotel at this place. Not one soul. We had to drive to the main building for breakfast. And we paid handsomely for what we thought was the privilege of staying in a regal hotel. This should be listed as a separate property and not as the Welcombe. This is not ethical."

"Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back. "
