"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel . The staff were friendly and our club bedroom Had air conditioning and was very clean and comfortable. We were able to use the club lounge and could have soft drinks and coffee from 8am to midnight. The breakfast and dinner meals were very good. We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace and in the garden"

"The very close proximity to the Birmingham International airport makes this hotel a good choice. It’s a very short walk across the street which was a real treat. The hotel rooms and corridors are showing wear and tear. My room was clean but it was overdue for paint and carpet replacement. I would stay there again largely for the convenient access to the airport terminal."

"Fantastic location - a stones throw from the train station and the shops. Staff were absolutely brilliant - friendly, courteous and helpful! The room was immaculate, with strong air conditioning which was perfect during this heatwave. Highly recommended and would stay again!"

"The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo."
