"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel because we were in Birmingham for a funeral. The team at the Crowne Plaza helped to make a very difficult and emotional time that much easier. The staff and facilities are excellent and we would definitely recommend. Our room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the restaurant were only too happy to help with alternative options to meet the needs of my allergies. Thank you"

"Very much enjoyed the stay and suirted my wants and needs as a fitness enthusiast. I loved the nespresso like coffee in the room. the TV was massive which was great. I loved the gym. Well equipped and lots of space. and the saune and steamroom alwasy welcomed. Will be booking again."
