"The best hotel we’ve stayed at around the Warwickshire/ Worcestershire area. We were upgraded to a beautiful room as the receptionist found out it was our wedding anniversary. All of the staff were lovely, the room was clean, shower and bathroom were perfect. We also had a bath in the corner of our room which we loved! Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels. "Nice hotel with great location and view. Reception manned 24 hours and really helpful. Welcoming seats to relax in foyer but a bit chilly in the evening. Room had everything you needed , though pillows were flat with very noisy cotton which disturbed sleep unfortunately. Two chairs in room which is always good as a couple. Ate in the pub both evenings, one meal lovely but unfortunately fish and chips was not!! Breakfast was a good selection, fresh fruit and yoghurt was lovely."

"We stayed at Arden House as a family for 16 nights. The location of the house was great as it was a 5 minute walk to Shakespeare’s Birthplace and the centre of town. That being said, the house is located on a very busy street and sleeping with the window open would be impossible. The property comes with a parking pass but we rarely found a spot to park on Mansell Street after our day trips and had to pay for parking at the lot across the street.
