"Staff were lovely. The rooms were very clean and we loved the little kitchenette . Shower really hot which was great . Only thing not good is you have to pay for parking but it's their own cat park right outside the door and there isn't anywhere else to park so you don't have an option . We thought this was very poor."

"A little bit like staying at Grandma's house in the decor. I would like to request that the locks on the doors are upgraded - the current single lock without deadbolt does not feel very secure. Breakfast buffet was small and delivery of hot breakfasts seemed a little slow. But was a pleasant enough stay."

"Room was clean and comfortable breakfast was included which was a bonus and it was a nice breakfast, there was plenty of free parking and was in walking distance of plenty of restaurants overall great stay."

5* Detached Stone Cottage with a Private Indoor Pool (Not Shared)

"A fantastic stay! A lovely cottage with everything you need, set in a lovely location. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen with nearly everything you need for self-catering, just missing a pizza cutter. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are also provided. The swimming pool is an amazing asset to the property, it is not attached to the cottage so you do need to go outside but only about 20 feet. There is a shower and toilet in the pool house. Overall, this is a lovely cottage for a relaxing time in the Peak District."
