"This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. "Great place for the family, our 5-yr old loved the stairs and having his own bathroom! Nicely equipped kitchen, and room for the grandparents to visit. We even cooked, which we don't usually do on vacation! Enjoyed the games rooms and pool too. Only thing missing was a wood burning stove! Loved it, will definitely recommend it"

"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath.
