"Lovely cottage, continently positioned planning on going again "

"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"5 Stars - What a lovely cottage. Amazing views from the top room. Comfy beds and fully equiped with everything you need for your holiday."

"Beautiful location with everything we needed."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage in lovely quiet location close to a supermarket.Welcome tea box was such a lovely touch.Warm & cosy"

"We loved staying here with family. We enjoyed being able to use the kitchenette when we had energy to cook (!) and stay in this cosy cottage together. Location is great and there was plenty of parking around the area too"

"Brilliant position.. Warm comfy cottage.. Safe back yard for dogs Well equipped kitchen TV in bedroom always a plus Would definitely book again"

"Apartment was clean and tidy with brilliant views out to sea.Within walking distance of all amenities."

"Lovely weekend with family. Great location, owner and caretaker incredibly helpful. Property was immaculate."

"The apartment is beautifullly equipped. Perfect location. Loved our stay here."

"Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return."

"Beautiful view from the bedrooms and patio. Compact living area, comfortable for 3 of us but might be a bit tight for 4. Could do with a bigger sofa or another comfortable chair in the lounge/dining area. Basic equipment for simple cooking Some new patio seats would make outside sitting more comfortable Lovely to have the fire to warm up by in the evening. Comfortable beds. Over bath shower."

"Very nice property, most things required were supplied. Only disappointment was the pillows, ones supplie were old and very inferior quality plus they did not have pillow protectors on. This was the only downside "

"The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough. House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend."

"Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. "
