These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. "Friendly welcome. The most seemless check-in ever! Excellent service - my suitcase was carried up to my room. Room was spotless - which is important to me. Had the basic necessities and no frills. The whole building is very clean. Kitchen area was again very clean, with all utensils and kitchen equipment available.
