My room was spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, and I truly appreciated the small touches that made my visit memorable. "First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question my family and I had during our stay. Overall lovely staff! We didn’t not get to try the food at the hotel as my family and I were always out and about, so we don’t have much of a review on the food, however the prices were a little on the expensive side. Room with great wifi and soft beds and washrooms clean. Room service beautiful! One thing I would say that there was not much light in the room, as in more lamps or a ceiling light would have been nice as it felt a little gloomy at time with not much light. Overall, would definitely come again!!"
