"Lovely hotel. Only negative was the coffee machine at breakfast. Only one, not great coffee and kept breaking down. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea served at the table."

"A fantastic stay with the most friendly staff. Staff were very prompt at accepting requests and catering to our needs. Quick check in and check out. Kids throughly enjoyed the pool during the stay. Would highly recommend the place. "

"Considering that this is a well known chain of hotels, i would consider this one to be average. The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up. The bedroom windows didnt open the "air con" just moved the air around well a desk fan could have done that. The breakfast food was warm at best, the toast and coffee was the hottest items available. The evening meals however where GREAT really nice and well worth the money. Just all in all sadly average."

"Only had a short stay but it was great. I checked in late at night after a concert in London, and was leaving early in the morning to fly home. The room lovely, spacious and clean. The member of staff who checked me in was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely property, nicely decorated a short 4 minute walk from the station. Lots of shops and cafes around. Staff friendly and lovely air conditioned rooms. My only gripe is the local cafes felt a little male heavy. I stayed with my husband and we both felt a little uncomfortable walking by but maybe that’s just us."
