Perfect, everything I needed for my short stay

The only thing for me was the heat inbthe room over night , it was too hot

The Host was extremely good at communicating, we had a small problem upon arrival which was very promptly resolved. The perfect stopover before our holidays really started.

The farm was beautiful and the access to the land was wonderful. There's still some exploring we'd like to do, next time. The room was superb, cleanliness was at a high standard. All staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place

We come here quite regularly. Staff are getting to know us. The staff are frienly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals are really good. Location is brilliant. Cant fault the hotel

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated in the city centre. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and places of interest within easy reach. Wonderful staff. Nice relaxing bar and a lovely buffet style breakfast in the morning, complete with a waffle maker! Would definately recommend!!

Wonderful to stay in a traditional hotel with history over several centuries instead of purpose built concrete and metal box. Restaurant was ideal mix of Indian and English cuisine. Room comfortable with biscuits include with tea/coffee. Would prefer skimmed milk to whole [never drink whole] but happy to drink black. TV good with radio 4 included.

Stayed with my 5yo son for two nights, we got the train into London one day and drove to the Warner brothers studio the next. I had the car with me so the location was ideal, not busy and right off the M1. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room service food wasn’t amazing but the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and time to get there. We swam twice in the pool which my son loved. Would stay again if we were to return to the Warner bros studio.

Melbourne Lodge is situated in a wonderfully picturesque location within the larger Brocket Hall estate.

This hotel was excellent! Its new and exceptionally clean and modern. The design is super modern and cant fault it. Location is superb...literally 5 mins walk away
