"Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. It was particularly hot when we were there, so a fan or two would have helped. The door closers could do with adjusting - a couple of the doors slammed loudly if...

"Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. "Recommend! Lovely house in a great location in Windermere. Inside feels modern yet classic featuring all the mod cons (except dishwasher). Everything works and is to a high standard. The owners or manager’s left a nice welcome present and folder with print out of all the features, amenities and processes to follow for our stay which we thought was a good touch. "A nice lodge in a lovely part of the park, very quiet. The lodge was well equipped and comfortable. The WiFi was patchy but that was explained before booking and us outside if owners control. The TV aerial signal was intermittent in the lounge but was OK in the bedroom."

The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise.
