Room was luxurious and lovely

From start to finish it’s like being at home, the 2 ladies that run the front desk and dining room are fantastic

Stayed here quite a few times and always happy there. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean fairly well equipped rooms. Easily on par with premier inn if not better.

The small lake , the landscape

Stayed here for 1 night for a near by family wedding. Nice hotel , not grand but clean comfortable and friendly. Reception very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The staff were very polite helpful and everyone sported a smile. Would stay here again Very good value.

I was impressed by the attention to detail for all the food courses and meals that we had. All very good.

We found this hotel to be far enough away from the town centre to not be bothered by any noise but close enough for a nice stroll and the sunset over the harbour was lovely. The owners have obviously spent a great deal of time and money on this once run down to turn it into a comfortable hotel with more improvements planned.

Lovely stay as always for a family birthday meet up celebration. The pools and leisure centre are heavenly, especially when the sun comes out. Real holiday vibes in the outdoor pool area. Restaurant food and service exceptional. Only criticism this stay was that the rooms were far too hot at night, couldn't control the radiator heat!

Fabulous, our room 402 had a huge balcony with views over the estuary and of the pier. Staff were very friendly and attentive, evening meal of sharing steak was cooked exactly as we like it and breakfast was also very nice, highly recommend the full English for the hungry or sausage muffin. The location is also great, up on the cliff away from the noise but only a short walk to the lift and no more than 5 minutes walk to the pier. Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.
