"Reception team were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the junior suite which was incredibly spacious with a separate lounge area and bedroom and with great views of the nearby area. Room service was quick and the food was tasty. Great transport links nearby and easy to get to the main attractions. Will definitely stay here again if in the area."

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss!
The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x

This is my 3rd visit to the Red Hall Hotel over the years, as it is ideally located for visiting friends and family in Bury, Blackburn, Clitheroe and surrounding areas. The reception on arrival has always been friendly and polite and the room clean and tidy. The only downside is the noise from the sink taps - probably from high pressure system, but if the neighbour decides to run water for some time - it could become annoying.
