"Super easy check out and in, clean room and nice shower, breakfast buffet was very solid and I was a nice walk from most of the major tourist areas without being to close to the mess"

"Decent location for sight seeing in the centre of town. Easy check in, and decent room. Fridge temp was not at all cold which we were told was 'normal'. House keeping hit and miss - first and last were good, middle night didnt take our rubbish or clean cups etc. Sink in bathroom kept blocking, reception said they sent someone to fix it but it didn't change. However all in all this was a nice comfortable room! Dark curtains so you can sleep in until you want. Thanks!"

"The room was clean and adequately sized. The bed was comfy but the pillows need to be bigger. Also the towels were pretty wimpy. The bar was nice and had good drinks. The hotel was close to the train station but all the historical sites we wanted to see were not close so we did lots of walking. There are mostly fast food type of restaurants located near by."

"You honestly cannot beat this location right next alexanderplatz! This hotel was clean, very safe, and the best was location. Train and rail station was next door. At night you walk out the door and there is immediately the square where you find lots of restaurants, food, street performers and live music. People sit down and walk around the square. Our room was very clean and had beautiful views of the city. Hotel restaurant and breakfast was definitely worth it! Great food. I would most definitely stay here again anytime"

"The bar tender was most helpful in taking my order and getting my bill ready for payment. The food was fantastic, the bed clean and soft. Great place to stay. Only small not so good thing was that when I tried to leave my luggage there (I got there early) was told the hotel doesn’t have a room but you can use third party storage on site. Maybe update your website to say it’s third party not from hotel."

"The location suited me, given the areas I wanted to visit. Because it’s a short walk to the station getting the train from and to the airport is a synch. Also getting around Berlin City Centre was very easy. Checking in and out was very efficient, if not over friendly. Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo. Perfect for my stay. There were food outlets and a supermarket at the train station. Room was kept very clean and tidy during my stay. Would definitely come back."

"This was a nice hotel in a good location next to a U bahn station and very convenient for the airport as you can get a train to Potsdamerplatz and walk down to the hotel. The breakfast has lots of variety and includes sparkling wine! I had a slight problem with the shower door and someone was up in a minute to fix it. It's an easy walk to Brandenburg gate and it is a nice area with lots of facilities nearby."
