Check in and check out was smooth.
Allowed me to change from a Twin Room to a King Room at no extra charge.
Reception was very attentive and helpful always.
Waiters were first class in the Skydeck Restaurant and it had immense views of surrounding area and the Olympiastadion. Very conveniently located next to a train station :)

The 4-star Winters Hotel Berlin Im Spiegelturm would like to welcome you. All 115 rooms in the futuristic building are …More
Good hotel outside the center of Berlin (close to underground station). Calm and quiet during the beginning of the week and pretty busy in weekends.
Rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with everything you might need: toileters, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, minibar, TV and working air-conditioning. Room service works fine. WiFi is paid and fast.
Check-in might take some time because there is usually only one person at the reception and many organized groups sleeps there - you have to be patient :)
Swimming pool is ok. Between 6 and 8 pm they do aqua-aerobic and it is impossible to swim at the same time. You have to ether join them or came at different hours.
We didn't ate there and can't tell anything about the restaurant.
Location is cool - big park near the hotel with free-living rabbits and..raccoons(!) :) But if you like the night life you will have to take the underground and go to another Berlin district.
We selected this hotel for the price and proximity to train-subway system. Offered free parking but DID NOT have free wifi in rooms, only in lobby and restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and they do provide a nice breakfast that's included in the price.
Good location to see the BMW plant (which was an excellent tour!).
It was HOT in Berlin and this hotel did NOT have a/c. Otherwise good hotel, but if it is hot, I would not stay there again. Restaurant food was just ok.
As a base from which to explore the hotel was ideally located right next to Siemansdamm u-bahn (underground) station meaning easy access to all parts of the city.
We didn't spend much time in the hotel but it was comfortable and clean with friendly service.
The view from the top floor bedroom was really nice.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, they catered for everyone's dietary needs. Whether you wanted a fry-up or healthy cereal it was all there.
The staff were very informative their hospitality was lovely. The facilities were very good especially for tourists - travel tickets were available for purchase inside the hotel.
They also offered a wake up call service for those leaving the facility early in the morning.
Overall the stay was lovely and peaceful!
"Charming Hotel in the old section of Berlin-Spanda"
Good location with shopping and pubs in walking distance. Good breakfast and friendly people.
There was a problem with the parking lot entrance card, so I had to pay double for a couple of days. No big deal, only 3.50 Euros/day. Strangely, owner wouldn't give refund since I prepaid cash. Couldn't follow that logic, but overall still recommend this Hotel.
Berlin's westernmost district offers an engaging mixture of medieval architecture, modern shopping, and open countryside. The most significant attraction is the Citadel, a 16th century Renaissance fortress which hosts music and theater events during summer months. The 14th century church of St Nikolai is also worth a visit, as is the old town's Gothic House, which houses the Spandau City Museum.
