"Hotel was good overall with all amentities. The breakfast at cafe 777 was not great it is very limited and poor menu offerings. The hotel was overall clean. Check-in is not very good if you stay in the Forum Tower as you have to to go to the Augustus Tower just to check in and then carry your bags quite a distance. Room was clean; However showers in the Forum Tower leak water out of the shower door as they have failed to put a seal at the bottom of the glass door. Otherwise the room was good."

"Very enjoyable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, which I always appreciate. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even upgraded me to the floor I had requested. Breakfast was a nice European-style spread with plenty of choices. The only downside was the parking fee, but that's pretty common these days. I'd definitely stay here again."
