"I'm so disappointed. My eoom was supposed to ne smoke free stinked of smoke and cigarette buds outside door leading to back. The room carpet disgusting bed dirty everything was dirty and disgusting. When i arrive someone was being escorted out by police. Not a place You would want to take your family. Even the iron was molded ridiculous place. Good if you smoke or up to know good to book at this place. "

"This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and the interior stairs did not have an entry/exit into the lobby. I would have gladly used the stairs to go up and down but ending up outside the building wasn't really convenient. It will be much better once the second elevator is back in business. I still highly recommend this hotel."

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"
