Enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

So for the bad news...hairs on my pillow case that were not mine <<shudder>>. The drying line in the bathroom had sharp edges and I scrapped up my finger trying to use it. The life guard staff were sullen and moody. Things are spendy but you are a captive audience. Linens and beds could be more comfortable (we really noticed this as we had just come from a hotel with exceptionally comfortable and high-end linens and mattresses). One of the bathrooms in the waterpark smelled like poop. There was hair all over the floor of the women's change room. The good - housekeeping and wait staff were positive and caring about our comfort. More lockers available to rent in three sizes and the redone change rooms were awesome. Great selection of items in the gift store. Always lots of food at the buffet. Were able to upgrade to a Kid Kamp room so our son got his bunk beds. Were able to get a late check-out last minute. Food at the waterpark was yummy. Drinks at the water park were even better. If you want it a little more quiet, ask for a room on the waterpark level - there are no stops for the MagicQuest game there and it is also more convenient to pack and unpack, and you are right on the level with everything.

This hotel was great! The room was clean and had everything I needed. Located close to many restaurants. My only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.

I booked on line last minute so got a great deal off season. Arriving at the hotel around 10p.m. I discovered I had somehow booked for the wrong date. The clerk , Melany, was so sweet and helpful I'm sure I would not have cleared up the mistake with expedia so easily with out her help! My phone wouldnt work in canada so she found the number, let me use her phone and was just as sweet and heplful as can be. I travel through Canada between NY and MI multiple times a year and will certainly use this as my stop over point in the future. The room was a steal for $55 and clean and attractive. The beds were very comfortable!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was clean and in walking distance of the falls. The staff were very helpful especially the man who covered the late shift. I was very impressed. Make sure you change US dollars, you can do this at the casino for a good exchange rate and watch out for the 'voluntary' tax that automatically gets added to bills.

Plus points: Beds very comfortable. Room clean when we arrived. Air conditioner/ heater was solid and worked well. Friendly lady at reception when we arrived. Complimentary coffee machine in room. Easy access from room to outside. Hallways were large, pleasant and clean. Down points: 1. Bed sheets were a little dusty. My eyes were itchy the first night I couldn't sleep. You have to ask them to change the sheets - it's not done automatically. 2. Housekeeping was keen to get in and out as fast as possible. When I asked for the room to be vacuumed, I was told it is "really hard to find a vacuum that works around here". Also, furniture was not dusted either. You have to ask them to do it. 3. Housekeeping did not clean the toilet bowl (it had brown stains by day 3) and did not replenish the shampoo/ conditioner bottles. 4. They offer muffins, waffles and toast for breakfast. Also yoghurt and fruit, tea and coffee. The oranges were not fresh. You could see dents in the fruit from where it was beginning to go stale (all of them, not just the one I picked) Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am, I went at 9.15 and there were only waffles and tea/ coffee left. I asked for more yoghurt and was told they didn't have any more. 5. They had fixed shower heads in the bathroom. I found myself missing my hand-held one at home. 6. Tiny window and dim lighting in the room.

Close to shopping. Falls/Clifton Hill is a $13 taxi ride. Cab drivers were courteous. Overall a good stay. Downfall...for a hotel that has Plaza in its name the bed sheets were so thin we were afraid they'd tear.

Stayed at The Days Inn for 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean . The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Hotel was comfortable and central to our needs of visiting family in nearby cities.The breakfast buffet could use some improvements - pastries were dried out, milk warm for cereal ( not refrigerated from 6:30 until 10)

Everything as expected, comfortable stay, convenient to attractions yet away from the crowds
