"I was heading to Niagara for a wine festival and booked to staying overnight at the Casablanca. I unfortunately had a multi vehicle high speed accident on the highway. I was badly injured and headed to ER in an ambulance. My husband called to advise them that we would not be now to attend, and to just charge our credit card, and the lovely woman who answered the call AA uses us that she would just cancel the booking with no charge. With such fantastic customer service I will definitely book again."
