The staff was great, very kind and friendly, in particular Ruby who is the sales and marketing director, who treated my daughter more like visiting family. The pool was small but a lot of fun for us. Hotel was very clean and well maintained . Though not a complaint , its somewhat isolated but not far enough from anything to be a real issue if you're ok with Uber or public transit

Overall stay was decent, the location is good as well. One of the two elevators were not functional, and the functional elevator is constantly being used by housekeeping staff, making it literally unavailable for the guests. The housekeeping maintenance cleaning during the stay is not good, they just make beds but don’t clean the washrooms. Overall staff and housekeepers need to do a better job.

Comfortable bed but first room I was checked into had dirty sheets, which the front desk addressed by switching my rooms. In the new room, clean sheets but taped tub drain and cracking/peeling all over the ceiling. Wasn't a horrible stay but definitely some TLC needed for the rooms. Accidently left something behind and the staff unfortunately was not helpful. Called to inquiry if my item was found by housekeeping on the Monday and never heard back like promised, I had to follow up.
