Great experience from the moment we arrived. Staff were welcoming and helpful with just the right amount of attention. Location in Southsea is perfect for a night out in Portsmouth or a day on the beach. The breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful hotel

Good location near to beach and 40 minute millennium walk to Old Dockyards , Victory, Mary Rose etc. Staff could'nt have been more friendly and helpful and cheerful. Great breakfasts with good choice and freshly cooked. Will certainly go again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Other than the toilet refusing to flush away the paper, the room and hotel was very nice, a lighter duvet during the summer would be ideal, the room was very warm but fans were available, nice to open the patio door.

Francesca on reception excellent helping me with my 93 yr old Mum. Due to no lifts in operation. Letting me have a room on level 1. Getting the guys to help with bags to and from car to the room. Waiters at breakfast ie. Beth and others offering to help carry food for Mum from Buffet. This was all so supportive for me on my own. Spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff, priced right

The room was brilliant. Really clean, had a great shower and other amenities which were an unexpected bonus. The hosts let us park early for free, for which we were grateful. The beds were comfortable. Really impressed and we would highly recommend them.
