"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our baby girl. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and gave us as well a room upgrade with a 3rd bed to be more comfortable. We were at the 4th floor and though we could hear traffic, this wasnt too loud. Great location- nice area and close to Duomo area/ shopping district"
