Wonderful stay, room and facilities excellent and staff were exceptional

This property is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is that when enquiring about the spa there was no massage services which would have been a bonus. Will definitely be staying again

I was slightly sceptical before arriving because of some of the mixed reviews, but I honestly can’t really fault this hotel. I booked it as a base for me and my 11 and 13 year olds for visiting Milan and Lake Como. I booked the classic triple room, the cheapest option as we would only be sleeping in the room, and it was a perfect choice. Nice clean modern hotel close to the centre Parking onsite, which is very helpful in Milan Room spacious and comfortable, no real bar area but breakfast good. Will use again.

Great location, good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is that the (lovely) rooftop pool closes at 5.30 which is a little early.

Clean hotel with good facilities and way transport links

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. This was my 3rd stay at the Sheraton and can honestly say, its one of the best ive stayed at. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They are all very friendly too, food is amazing. Highly recommend.

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper. Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

It's super convenient as the metro station is just downstairs, within 15 seconds walk! And the staff are very helpful. The only area to be improved is the wifi connection. It's not stable at my last night of stay.
