"Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy. "

"There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases. The rooms at the Portillo place are poor, with the lowest quality of furniture, linens, and decoration. If you have allergies, this place is not good, they use a strong...

"Everything was strait forward getting into the property. Was sent a code, all worked perfectly. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. Even has a cafe next door. "

"Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well. "

Neighborhood has restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, mini markets and more all around. Attentive personnel always at the desk. Great a/c, kitchenette, room service. Highly recommended "

"Helpful staff. Busy traffic street. Theater district. We had a rental car and could not drop off luggage in front of Hotel but found loading zone around the corner. Call hotel if you need instructions on parking rental car. "
