We were very pleased with our stay, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean which is one of my biggest worries when staying in hotels. The only issue I had was there was no room service available and the restaurant wasn’t open as they had a busy day. We ordered fast food for delivery but I would have much rather of had something from the hotel as I’m sure food there would have been lovely. Staff were really friendly on our arrival and as we were leaving.

Peaceful, cozy, good value stay
Hotel was very cozy and staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good value and very filling. Would definitely look to come back, located very conveniently to small towns and walking trails. Perfect couples retreat.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodlands Lodge. The staff were so very helpful in assisting us with trying to retrieve our lost luggage from the airport. The Lodge and surrounding grounds were exactly what we were looking for to experience the beautiful forest and nature.

Fabulous dog friendly hotel
Lovely hotel & location. Incredibly dog friendly with beautiful nearby walks. The staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant, one of the best service experiences I’ve had anywhere! Would happily stay again & definitely recommend to others who are looking for a relaxed & pleasant stay with their dog.

Lovely old stately home right on the stunning new forest. Clean, freindly and comfy bed. Only thing that could improve is the shower pressure.

Great service from everyone!
The room we were given wasnt what we expected as we booked deluxe king but we were in a double room and the be was old and very uncomfortable. But we were transferred on our last night to a better room and its a king bed finally! we slept well but had to endure for 2 nights, as Gina is very friendly and did her best to accommodate our needs! Everyone is very helpful including the housekeeping ladies very kind we couldnt fault the service at all. And due to the powercut ordeal we were given complimentary breakfst too. Over all we had a great time in the New Forest.

Overnight stop over
The hotel was perfect for us as a stop over ready for a ferry over to the Isle of Wight the next day but we would be more than happy to stay there for a short break to explore the New Forest and surrounding area some time in the future. The staff were welcoming and helpful and even our dog felt at home! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Very professional, all the staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was to much trouble, the fan wasn't working in our room we mentioned it on our way out and on our return a new fan was in our room. Food was excellent, enjoyable very relaxing stay

Lovely room a little tired but comfortable. The walls are quite thin and water pipes loud when other rooms using the hot water. Overall good location, great garden and nice large bedroom room.

Loved It!
Our stay was perfect! We were three adults who had two rooms for our two-night stay following a cruise. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, well-appointed rooms, and excellent food and service. The hotel is close to the cruise port and a short drive to many interesting places including the famous Beaulieu Car Museum.

Stayed here just for one night but was impressed with the family room we had, which was basically two interconnecting rooms; ideal for our family of 5. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food, but the room was nice and we would stay there again.
