Nice place to stay!
The room was pleasant and comfortable. I had a lovely nights sleep there. I didn’t try the breakfast as I was meeting friends for a bite to eat instead. Would definitely recommend!

Great B&B that does everything right. Rooms are good with everything you need. It is located near a fairly busy road but it is also a great location to access the New Forest, the Solent and Isle of Wight. Highly recommended.

Good Location, Brilliant breakfast
Rob, the owner gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We stayed in twin bedroom 4 which was a very clean, comfortable good sized room and en suite. The location is ideal for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. There was a very good and varied breakfast menu, more variety than any other guest house I have stayed. The area itself does not have any local pubs or restaurants which didn’t affect us as we had already booked dinner in Hythe and Lymington. Other places are a short drive away

Very nice. Greeted in hallway. Explained about keys & told which room was mine for the night. The room was clean but a little cramped. A normal size single room but 1/3 of it was taken out by the on suit bathroom. The rest of the room forming an L shape round it. Comfortable for a short stay but could be a bit of an issue if stopping as a couple for more than a weekend.

Very friendly and happy to help staff, nice room with a comfy bed and a gorgeous English breakfast in the morning really tasty, everything I like on a full English. Only downside for me was the pokey little bathroom especially the shower.

I stayed just one night here because i used it as a base to visit the National Motor Museum at nearby Beaulieu. Theres a pub in Fawley, the Falcon Inn, within easy walking distance. The hosts were very genial and the property beautiful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Walcot house. The bedroom was lovely and clean, the queen bed very comfortable and a nice tray of tea, coffee, biscuits. The hosts Rob and Denise were very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide range of choices on the menu.

Very friendly and helpful host, have us details of taxis (who were less than helpful!) closest eating places etc...he also arranged to make our small group breakfast early on a Saturday morning, as we had to get to an event at Beaulieu on time. Rooms clean and tidy, our room was a little compact, but perfectly comfortable (with small on-suite). Great choice and well cooked breakfast. Fantastic value for money in this area.

What a lovely b& b they are so helpful. The room was great as was the bed we over slept. The room and every where so clean would come back and stay again. Our room was a disabled room and the shower was easy to get in and out off so was the bathroom . Parking was great right outside . It’s scores a 25 out of 20 very recommended .

Friendly staff, good breakfast, large bed, off road car parking.. room good size, but just looked a little 'tired' problems with shower door and temperature control of water. Informed owners who said they would look into it. Nice for an overnight stop.
