"Plus sides: next to the Donkey Sanctuary and the ability to cook for yourself. Now for the downsides. Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. "Clean and comfortable - great location for exploring the Isle. Staff were friendly and at the Calbourne Water Mill (the lodges are on the site) they were super friendly. All the facilities you’d need for a week (or longer) with lovely countryside walks around the area. Would recommend for a younger family 👍"
