"Stayed here for a couple of nights with my family while visiting some family and having a couple of days in London. Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the centre, great transport links, lots of restaurants in the area due to its proximity to Canary Wharf and the hotel itself had lots it amenities. The service in the hotel was excellent, they even gave my daughter a little box of chocolates for easter. Would definitely stay here again. "

Huge bathroom by London standards and an enormous surprise terrace. The pool was great and private. Linens were top notch. Bed was comfortable. Afternoon tea was a delight and the bar was fun. I am only upset I couldn't stay longer. Will both me back AND will be telling all of my friends."

"So to be completely honest, this is a good hotel. The rooms are a little tired, and some of the amenities in the rooms are a bit antiquated BUT it is clean, comfortable and good value for money. The best part about this hotel is the wonderful team of staff. From the check in, to the breakfast team, everyone is smiling and friendly and genuine and for this reason I would stay again. Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful and this hotel reminds me of being on holiday with it's layout and decor. A little TLC and this could be an amazing hotel."

"Location is very good, sadly the room we had on the 9th floor could do with some tlc. Curtains had rips in them , room could do with being repainted . Book for three people to stay but the room was only set out for two people so had to call to get this sorted . The bathroom light flickered but was resolved within 30 minutes of reporting this . Staff were very polite and welcoming ."

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."
