"My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. "Schöne ruhige saubere Finca. Cafés Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Marktplatz in drei vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren mit sechs Personen und einem kleinen Kind dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15 bis 46 Minuten mit dem Auto (sollte man schon haben) erreichbar. Zwei Parkplätze in der Garage vorhanden. Tagsüber haben wir unsere Touren gemacht (Palma, Valldemossa, Aquarium, Naturpark, El Arenal, Port de Nose) und in der Finca entspannt den Abend...

"The hotel was a perfect place to stay—clean and easy! The staff was of great help. Close to the beach, 5 mins walking. Well connected by public transport to the airport and old city. Unlike the other hotel, this hotel and BRUNCH are open up to 1.30 pm. Great help for people who don't want to wake up early for breakfast"

"We just returned from celebrating an anniversary trip at this property. While we did enjoy our stay I do believe it was overpriced for the accommodations. Upon arrival our hot tub was dirty (visible dirt ring) and had a good amount of sand settled on the bottom. They do not keep it covered during or between stays. The room is weathered and in need of a refresh, we're talking sagging drop ceiling in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and leaking shower. And this is in the penthouse suite! We did the all inclusive, while the buffet was really good there are some weird stipulations around all inclusive. Not all restaurants are included, room service is not included and there are some downtimes where you will not be able to get food onsite without paying. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance though (highly recommend Burger Club). The spa is really nice (sauna, ice bath, indoor pool) although there was no availability for a couples massage trying to reserve a day in advance. May want to plan that ahead of arrival. Also the property has an app but it isn't super useful because every request you make still has to manually approved by a person, no automated booking confirmations. Also very slow staff response to chat. Would maybe stay again but would not pay for all the extra bells and whistles. Also we got a rental car. This place has no designated parking. Street parking is available but is a nightmare you really won't want to leave you're spot if you can get one!"

"This was most definitely a 5* trip for my family. The hotel is beautiful, the setting, the bedrooms, the pool area, the ambience, the restaurants...... A great place for a relaxing stay. A car was essential and getting around was easy. I'm not sure I would do my main summer holiday there for fear of the kids getting bored of the pool area and not being near the beach but that's a personal preference. I highly recommend a trip to the Zoetry if you're thinking about it. The only negative is the service, it's slow and quite often drinks are forgotten about and food takes very long. Fine for adults but kids can get a bit twitchy. They have a QR code facility for ordering drinks around the pool, it worked maybe 50% of the time. They claim the order didn't go through but when you submit the order you can hear the chime at the bar so not sure I always received an honest excuse for the lack of drinks. More of an annoyance than anything else which is why I stick to my 5* rating."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
