The house is beautiful and very well equipped, with several outdoors seating arrangements, outdoor grill/kitchen, large well equipped kitchen with two fridges/freezers, several bathrooms, etc. The pool has a good size (10x4,5m), we brought buyoancy devices for the kids as it is 1,30 m in the shallow end, this worked out well. The garden is really nice and beautiful and the property is fully fenced, which is also really nice when bringing kids (there is even a baby gate by the staircase to the downstairs bedrooms for those travelling with babies/toddlers). Lots of room, A/C in all rooms. It is located in a residential area, in walking distance from the center of Palma (approx. 1,5 km). Large supermarket close by, bars and restaurants in the area. Sandra and her father were really helpful and easy to communicate with. Perfect for a vacation for the extended family!
