An excellent hotel overall with a small exception that room cleaning (for some bizarre reason) starts virtually from 8am - so expect a knock on your door by 9.30am and don’t be surprised if somebody walks in straight after!! Lol

A Hidden Gem
After having stayed in the Palma Nova area a few times previously, we’d seen Alua Hawaii but never stayed - always opting to stay closer to Palma Nova and not realising it’s about a two minute walk away. We were so surprised at just how great this hotel was. The location is brilliant and perfectly located for both Magaluf and Palma Nova beaches and for heading to the nightlife or going to quieter restaurants and bars. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic - there really was something for everyone and by staggering start times it was never too busy. The pool is right by the sea which we didn’t realise as the hotel is pretty high up. It’s got access directly to the sea too and a little private beach at the back - the advert and pictures don’t emphasise this and it really was a bonus. There was even entertainment in the bar which overlooks the Palma Nova beach which was beautiful at sunset - again we hadn’t realised their bar is one of only a few in the whole surrounding area that has such stunning views. Can’t recommend staying here enough and I’d really recommend one of their apartments which were brilliant and have another pool area and pool bar
