An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. We had booked a table at Smoke for dinner, and when the reservation rolled around it was pouring...

Wow! What a find. The staff, food, rooms, parking…everything was top notch. We will definitely return. Thank you for a super stay.

A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel. Great staff, really helpful and pleasant. Room very comfortable. Remember to check in and get your car park voucher. This isn't clear on the car park signage and it appears you have to pay and reclaim parking, but that only applies to non resident customers.

This was an extremely comfortable and great value place to stay. My room was a good size and the bed was great. Breakfast was also amazing value and with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

We stayed to go to a wedding at the Manor over the road. (Really handy to be able to walk to that). Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pub except for breakfast in the morning which was really good, but the pub looked good. Rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sandwich shop/deli 2 doors down. Some early morning plane noise (under the flight path to Birmingham airport?), so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth bringing earplugs. Nice place...

Absolutely fantastic service, we took the dog with us and the staff could not do enough for us. I feel the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room had a door leading directly to the gardens which was helpful with the dog. We could eat in the bar area, lawned grass area and terrace with the dog and the staff were always on hand to help if we needed anything. Fantastic

Excellent place. Loverly staff. Excellent food. Great accommodation . Beautiful position . Loverly location . Would highly recommend this lodge to anyone . We will definitely go back there . Thank you to all the staff very friendly and bedroom very clean .

Overall the stay was excellent but I have to say there was a small issue that wasn’t great. The breakfast was nice apart from the potatoes which are really dry.

Have stayed here on a regular basis and always happy to return , the staff are exceptional , Hamed on reception always professional polite and happy to help , Faz “the legend” is a star in the restaurant and the chefs are amazing , I tried the new menu tonight with a friend and the salmon dish and buttermilk chicken was divine ! Rooms always clean and comfortable , it’s a home from home and nothing is too much trouble

Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money.

Beautiful hotel in Stratford within walking distance of the famous sites. Lovely room and very nice toiletries. Will definitely come back.
