"Excellent Hotel in the price ! Would come back again. Loved the river view ! One thing that can be improved is the room doesn’t have air conditioning. We went on the hot day, inspite of having fan in the room,it was too warm to sleep. Otherwise the place is just amazing."

"My wife and I try to travel as often as possible. We like to find unique, fancy hotels and we just found our favorite. First, the location is the best in Newcastle. Close enough to all the downtown sites and activities, but still quiet enough to have a nice romantic walk. Second, this was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in. The entire hotel was top notch. Third, the staff was the most fantastic. Friendly smiles and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I wish I would have eaten at the amazing looking restaurant and visited the spa. We definitely will be back to do it all. The corner room facing the bridge was absolutely incredible! Thank you for being part of us falling in love with Newcastle!"
