"Very clean, recently modernised property. Everything we needed, including tea and coffee capsules for nespresso machine! Very close to town centre and shops although its in a quiet location. Good walks down by the river which is nearby. Host easily contactable. Recommended. "

"Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. "

"We had a lovely stay in this apartment, very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. It’s very well placed for visiting Hadrians Wall. We travelled by train and found the bus service more than adequate for our needs. The bus stop is outside the apartment. Also there is a range of shops and eateries. On Wednesday in the market square there was a pop up rice van selling take away food."

"A nice stay close to all of Hadrians walls main attractions and lots of walks. Property was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Parking nearby or on street after 6pm. Overall a well located and comfortable place to stay. "
