"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

Great central location for visiting Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon and Leamington spa. Owner was very friendly and greeted us on arrival to check all was well. "

"Stunning location, property and surrounding area. Every detail thought out and catered for. Although late in the year and we couldn't take full advantage of all the facilities, it was great to spend time in the property and simply relax in such a comfortable space. Show home conditions and 5 star hotel feel"

"I've stayed here for a couple of years in a row whilst attending a conference. The property is very comfortable and in a super quiet location with wonderful views over farmland. The only thing I'd say is there's one breakfast bowl but obviously a very minor gripe lol:)"

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"We stayed here for a family trip and had the best time! It was a perfect house for the large group of us. One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. We had young children with us and there was plenty of activities/toys available for them to use as well as lovely grounds to explore!"

"A clean and comfortable cottage in lovely village, good range of shops, buses 1x hour to Lichfield and Burton-on-Trent. Canal walks 2 min away. National Monument Arboretum at must. Lichfield - cathedral, Erasmus Darwen's home very interesting. Train to Birmingham from Lichfield was a good day out. We loved the area."

"Perfect stay for a group of friends getting together. The local pub was a great recommendation for an evening meal and we loved the hot tub! Henley-in-Arden was a lovely village to have a wander around."

"The location was amazing. The property was clean,, it’s a beautiful home but need updating. The carpet had rips in it, doors and locks damaged, the chairs in the dining room the leather on it is damaged. The backyard need some grooming. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room. Lovely little touches for breakfast and good quality, my granddaughter loved using fresh orange squeezer. Room was immaculate, and all you needed.
