"The room was great, one of the best holiday Inns I have stayed at. The cleaning staff and reception staff were really helpful and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only downsides I would say are that the bathroom is a little dated compared to the rest of the room and parking was a bit expensive."

"The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience."

"Just one small disappointment - we were looking forward to spending the end of our last evening in the bar. Closing time of 10:30 was on the paperwork given to us at check-in but bar actually shut at 09:50. There were other customers there so not sure of the reason."
