Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly – you could really feel that they cared about making guests comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully kept, which made for a really relaxing stay. The spa was the highlight for us – we absolutely loved it. The jacuzzi and hydro pool were wonderfully warm, and even the small outdoor pool had lovely hot water, which was such a treat. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food at the hotel was also amazing – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and excellent service to match. Overall, Hempstead House is a gem. The staff, the spa, the food, and the atmosphere all came together to give us a stay we won’t forget. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and luxury experience in Kent."

"Excellent reception experience. The young lady was so very helpful and caring. I am 75 and she was so patient. The only downside is £1.90 for soda water. Most pubs charge 0 or a nominal amount. This is a hotel and there was the service of the water but the profit margin must be enormous and I admit to feeling exploited. However room was very nice as was WiFi. I would recommend and stay again"
